Lyndzapalooza (LP) is a volunteer-lead non-profit organization that promotes the diverse music of the local and regional community by: organizing concerts, festivals, and other performance opportunities; assisting artists with networking, development, booking, and promotion; and educating and advertising-to regional audiences.
DIVERSE MUSIC
LP celebrates music in all of its diverse forms. We've featured acts from indie rock artists to world music ensembles to comedic cock-rockers. Our stages have been graced by veteran performers who've been on national tours as well as up-and-coming artists who have never before played in front of a live audience. Our goal is to develop an ever-increasing and always-diverse roster of affiliated artists in order to provide audiences with compelling programming that represents a wide range of styles and genres.
CREATIVE COMMUNITY
LP is committed to the cultivation of our local creative community. Our Board of Directors is composed of local professionals who are also artists - from singer-songwriters to classical instrumentalists, videographers to digital media designers - offering us a unique insight into promoting not only events and artists, but the communal bond that connects them. As a group, our goal is to provide local artists - musical and otherwise - with a means to develop and gain exposure in front of attentive audiences, and to network and collaborate with their peers. Our commitment extends beyond our events to include promotion on the behalf of artists.
